Sicafee.id is a coffee tracking system designed to ensure transparency in the coffee supply chain in North Sumatra, particularly in Karo Regency, Simalungun Regency, Dairi Regency, Pakpak Bharat Regency, and Mandailing Natal Regency. This application has users including coffee farmers, collectors/cooperatives, exporters, and government agencies (Bank Indonesia and the Department of Agriculture). In this system, farmers input farmer data, coffee plantation data, maintenance data, harvest data, coffee processing data, and sales data to collectors/cooperatives or exporters. Collectors purchase coffee from farmers, both raw and processed, and then sell it to exporters. All transactions made by collectors are recorded in this system. Exporters purchase coffee beans from collectors/cooperatives or farmers. The system allows farmers, collectors, and exporters to view all transactions transparently. Bank Indonesia and the Department of Agriculture are government agencies that can access the information contained in this system.
